What are your opening hours?
Our usual opening hours are:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 11.00am to 7.00pm
Wednesday 10.00am to 1.00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 12.00pm to 4.00pm
Friday: closed

Are you an emergency service?
We are NOT an emergency service.
We do NOT treat medical emergencies. If you are experiencing any of the following, please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E department immediately:
* Chest pain or difficulty breathing
* Severe bleeding or head injury
* Sudden loss of consciousness
* Stroke symptoms (eg: face drooping, slurred speech)
* Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)
* Seizures or fits
* Suspected broken bones with deformity
* Sudden vision loss

Which conditions and services are not covered by ThanksDoc?
While ThanksDoc GPs can help with a wide range of medical issues, there are certain services and conditions we do not treat or manage through our platform:
* Prescriptions for controlled drugs (including strong painkillers, sleep aids, and some anxiety / depression medications)
* Consultations for patients located outside the UK
* Repeat prescriptions for ongoing treatments (unless signed up for a membership package, which will include regular monitoring)
* Emergency conditions including:
- Severe chest pain or suspected heart attack
- Seizures or neurological deficits
- Sudden or heavy bleeding
- Suspected stroke (eg: facial droop, slurred speech)
- Sudden severe pain
- Breathing difficulties or persistent breathlessness
- Fever with confusion / disorientation
- Severe mental health crises (eg: psychosis, suicidal thoughts)
* Pregnancy-related complications
* Major trauma or head injuries
* Patients undergoing chemotherapy with suspected infection
* Dental problems or oral health concerns
* NHS referrals or NHS prescriptions
*Translation services - Please book a double appointment if a translator is needed. We can try to provide this free of charge. However, in some instances, fees may apply.
